Shipping & Order Processing

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. The estimated processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

• Shipping & Transit Time: The estimated shipping time for orders delivered to Spain is 8 to 15 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day free return and exchange policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange at no extra cost.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

• In the same condition that you received it.

• With all original tags attached.

• In its original packaging.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us via email at anders20627779@hotmail.com.

2. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at anders20627779@hotmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

• Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products).

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

• Gift cards or final sale / clearance items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union regulations for shipments delivered within the EU (including Spain), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The item must remain in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved:

• Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
