Order Processing

• Processing Days: Orders are processed from Monday through Saturday.

• Processing Time: All orders require 1 to 3 business days to prepare, package, and dispatch from our fulfillment facility.

• Order Tracking: As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to customers in Spain and across Europe.

• Destination: Spain

• Estimated Shipping / Transit Time: 8 to 15 business days

• Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all standard orders.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, peak seasons, or customs procedures beyond our control.

Order Status & Changes

• Modifying or Canceling an Order: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at anders20627779@hotmail.com. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase (1–3 business days), modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

• Missing or Delayed Packages: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the carrier.
